Social Media Strategy

I launched a global tech company's first social media initiative for services by targeting a massive untapped audience through under-used accounts. Leveraging organic content and paid social media advertising strategies, the result was one of the fastest growing, most-engaging programs in EMC’s entire global social media ecosphere, including X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I launched their first YouTube account dedicated to support videos next, and their first global blog -- leading a burgeoning trifecta to expansion into multiple languages that reached and engaged with millions of customers around the world.
