At EMC I launched their first-ever Support Community Blog and spearheaded paid social media advertising to accelerate traffic. When EMC merged with Dell, I led the migration of that content to the corporate blog, elevating its visibility. My success as a blog writer, senior editor and content strategist led me to launch a new Blog Writing Program for employees, including copy style guidelines, editing services and tool training.
